ONESHOT Synthetic Fiber

OneShot Fiber Reinforcement (100% Polypropylene) is a type of synthetic fiber reinforcement, available in various sizes, designed as an alternative to steel mesh and steel wire reinforcements. It's used in fresh concrete to help prevent shrinkage cracks—also known as drying cracks—hairline cracks, settlement cracks, and especially to stop crack propagation under heavy loads in industrial concrete floors.

There are different types of fiber reinforcements, grouped as Macro and Micro Synthetic Fibers, each with its own characteristics and uses.

OneShot Mikro Synthetic Reinforcement helps regulate moisture distribution within fresh concrete and supports internal curing, reducing heat- and shrinkage-induced cracking. This helps prevent cracks caused by heat and shrinkage, ensuring high structural integrity.
